Para aceder à Aplicação Caderneta o utilizador terá de inserir as credenciais de acesso ao serviço Caixadirecta (número de contrato e código de acesso).
Através das funcionalidades do seu dispositivo – Impressão Digital ou Reconhecimento Facial – pode ainda aceder à Aplicação de uma forma segura, sem necessitar de digitar o código de acesso.
