THE FEED

Swipe up and the next clip plays. Subtitles run along in Spanish and in your language, line by line, in time with the video. Tap any word to see what it means and hear it spoken. Save it, and it comes up in your next word round, so what you heard doesn't just scroll away.

THE ROUTE

You land in Buenos Aires, Mexico City or Madrid, and the Spanish you learned doesn't sound like the Spanish around you. The route teaches you the Spanish you'll actually hear, one step at a time.

Seventy-five places, one street. A café where you say hello, sit down, order, ask the waiter for something and pay. A kiosk, a market, a bus stop, a pharmacy, a phone call. Every place is one thing you can do afterwards, and you move on before it drags.

No levels. No streaks. No percentage bars. You make progress because the next place is where you want to go.

THE MOMENT THEY SWITCH TO ENGLISH

A hundred and twenty-two of the sentences are the ones coming at you, not the ones you say. "¿Para acá o para llevar?" "¿Se lo caliento?" Most apps teach you to speak. Almost none teach you to understand the answer.

Eighteen more are for the second you didn't catch a word. "¿Cómo?" "¿Me lo repetís?" The exact second someone switches to English, or doesn't.

SPEAKING, HONESTLY RATED

You say a sentence and get an answer instead of a score: understood, borderline or not yet, plus the two or three weakest words. A number tells you nothing about whether it would have worked.

THREE KINDS OF SPANISH, EQUALLY

Argentina and Uruguay, neutral Latin American, or Spain. Every word and every sentence on the route is spoken in all three variants, by three different voices. La palta or el aguacate. Vos podés or tú puedes. You choose, and you can change it anytime.

WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE

Around a thousand words and over a thousand sentences, chosen for everyday life rather than from a frequency list. Dictation at three speeds, for the sentences that arrive as one slurred block. Conjugation as full tables, because the pattern is what you're learning. Branching scenes where the conversation goes wrong and you fix it.

Right at the start, you say your first sentence and hear whether it lands, and the first three clips in the feed are free. Then you choose: the yearly plan with a free trial, a weekly plan, or Full Access with a single one-time payment, no subscription at all.
