Cens:ai

Live your best life now! By wearing one of the supported bluetooth chest heart rate sensors below, Cens:ai can show you your heart stress and heart coherence in real-time, which is a heart rate variability (HRV) measure of how harmoniously the heart is beating. Raise your coherence and lower your stress by doing coherence meditation by yourself or with friends. Track your wellbeing with daily check-ins and journal entries.
