Checkers — Online Board Game

Checkers, draughts, dama or shashki: whatever you call it, play it here with no ads. Take on eight bots from Novice to Grandmaster, invite a friend with a link or a room code, and solve 100 puzzles plus a fresh one every day. When you want to get better, a coach grades every move.

PLAY A FRIEND
• Open a private room and send the invite link in any messenger. The room stays open while you switch apps.
• Your friend taps the link to join, or types the room code
• Clocks of 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or no clock. If a connection drops, that player's clock pauses and the game picks up where it stopped.
• Quick Match pairs you with anyone searching under the same rules. If nobody is searching, play a bot instead.
• Optional Sign in with Apple gives you a unique @username and Ranked games

EIGHT BOTS, NOVICE TO GRANDMASTER
• Eight levels from Novice (800) to Grandmaster (2200), so there is always a fair game and a next level to beat
• Pass & Play: two players, one device
• Play on the clock (3, 5 or 10 minutes) or with no clock at all
• Pick your side, with coordinates on the board

FOUR RULE SETS
• American / English checkers: 8×8, men capture forward only
• International draughts: 10×10, flying kings, maximum capture
• Russian draughts: 8×8, flying kings, men capture backward too
• Turkish draughts (dama): 8×8, pieces move straight instead of diagonally

LEARN WITH A COACH
• 10 interactive lessons on a real board. The first three are free.
• Turn on the Coach against a bot and every move gets a grade (Best, Good, Inaccuracy, Mistake or Blunder) with the reason: a hung piece, a missed two-for-one, a crowning you walked past
• After a blunder the Coach offers a retry
• After the game, Game Review grades every move from Brilliant to Blunder, with an evaluation bar and graph, accuracy for both sides and key moments that explain why the better move is better. Show best puts it on the board; Retry lets you find it yourself.
• Hints show the strongest move and explain why. Take-backs undo a slip.

CHECKERS COACH SUBSCRIPTION
All bots, all four rule sets, online play and all 100 puzzles are free, and so is one full game review a day. Checkers Coach is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all 10 lessons, the in-game coach and unlimited game reviews, hints and take-backs. Two plans: Checkers Coach (Monthly), billed every month, and Checkers Coach (Yearly), billed every year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices vary by country and the app shows yours before you buy, e.g. US$4.99 per month or US$24.99 per year after a 7-day free trial in the United States.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged in the last 24 hours of the period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Hints and take-backs are also sold as optional one-time packs.
