Aplicación diseñada para la medición de las competencias definidas por la Oficina Internacional de la Educación (UNESCO). El Colegio Internacional de Sevilla – San Francisco de Paula llevado a cabo su puesta en práctica, adaptando su uso al desarrollo de los Programas del Bachillerato Internacional.

Se ha desglosado cada una de las grandes competencias en cinco comportamientos, que se valoran de 0 a 8. Esta definición de comportamientos ha tenido en cuenta también el marco de competencias definidas por el Centro Común de Investigación de la Comisión Europea (JRC, Joint Research Centre), que queda íntegramente recogido.
Se ha definido los roles de alumno (autoevaluación), compañeros (evaluación entre pares), familiares (evaluación por los padres, en el entorno extraescolar y familiar) y profesores (entorno y actividades escolares).
