Inventory tools include room and item editing, search, filters, high-value flags, notes, purchase dates, quantities, categories, tags, private serial fields, and evidence galleries.

When documentation needs to be shared, ClaimVault can prepare professional export packets with PDF summaries, CSV item lists, JSON backups, ZIP evidence bundles, timestamps, source labels, redaction choices, and clear documentation-only disclaimers. Disaster mode helps record observed conditions, affected rooms and items, receipts, invoices, and timeline notes without panic copy.
