When you order a cleaning service, registered service providers will receive a notification. They will be ranked in order of their customer ratings. To perform the service, eligible companies will need to have a minimum of 3 people on staff, have at least 3 years of experience, have filed a criminal background check, have their own insurance, equipment, products and references. Thus, the service will be offered by high quality and pre-screened companies.

After your first use of a provider's services, you will have the option to save them to your ""favorites"" list for future services. Clean2Go will consider your preference to facilitate the cleaning service, but cannot guarantee this preference, or confirmation, as it is dependent on the availability of the provider in question.

When a reservation is confirmed by a provider, Clean2Go will notify you as soon as possible. If no provider can fulfill your reservation at the requested time, Clean2Go will notify you that your request has expired, and you must request a new reservation time.
