The app I originally downloaded was for the video doorbell. It got a bad update for a couple of days. This new version fixed it. It is now fully functional. I never doubted the hardware.

AMAZING it always does just what it's supposed to, it's on every door and correctly functions whether the need is any of its features, wasn't expecting it to do anything other than get access to the house, and it went above and beyond, really "opening doors!"

Garbage, can't log in because that option is right under my navigation buttons on my phone. Every time I try to choose login with Google it activates the home button. UI is jacked. Lock is OK, app is complete garbage.

Won't unlock or lock front door, can't update app or use app to unlock or lock the door. Can't get no one on the weekend for issues. Don't know what to do!!!

Application is just junk, a real shame because the hardware is top-notch. 1. Previously I've been logged out of the app repeatedly claiming a log in on another device that wasn't true. 2 Server went down for days and doorbell was unusable. 3 Smart lock doesn't accurately show door open/closed status despite lock working properly and itself detecting open/close position. Door chime was missing power adaptor, got replacement under warranty but no matter how you set it up in this app it doesn't ring
