Some notifications are shown in Chinese despite the app language is English. This is not good!!! Also, it can have better UI/UX. Graphics don't have much quality, and it is not like a "Philips" app. Please improve the application.

The app I originally downloaded was for the video doorbell. It got a bad update for a couple of days. This new version fixed it. It is now fully functional. I never doubted the hardware.

Philips Plug won't turn off in Alexa. It only turns on in Alexa. It turns on and off in the Philips app only.

Garbage, can't log in because that option is right under my navigation buttons on my phone. Every time I try to choose login with Google it activates the home button. UI is jacked. Lock is OK, app is complete garbage.

Why it keeps logged out? And the gallery is not the image of door camera, but it directed to Phone Gallery
