Comments on Philips Home Access for Android

★★★★☆ Texsoft · Oct 29, 2025

The app I originally downloaded was for the video doorbell. It got a bad update for a couple of days. This new version fixed it. It is now fully functional. I never doubted the hardware.

★★★★★ Harold Devers · Aug 23, 2026

Love my door lock, can lock or unlock the door with my phone. Can also see who's at my door when I'm not home.

★★★★★ Sidney L · Aug 26, 2026

It worked fine for me. No issues. I have been using the lock for 2 years and the app works when I create worker access codes. I just moved and sadly leaving the lock. Without Wi-Fi, the lock instantly connected via Bluetooth, and I was able to do every thing such as changing the master code.

★☆☆☆☆ Ajay Mangla · Nov 11, 2025

Unable to connect with Alexa. Don't see any options to find Phillip for lock in Alexa. Alexa is not able to find the lock

★★☆☆☆ N L · Feb 7, 2026

Not sure who had the bright idea to put the Google play login icon under the Samsung Galaxy's home button, but that's a miss. Already shows the door is locked when it's actually unlocked, so first impressions aren't too promising

★☆☆☆☆ Michael J Nevels Sr. · Jul 25, 2026

Won't unlock or lock front door, can't update app or use app to unlock or lock the door. Can't get no one on the weekend for issues. Don't know what to do!!!

★☆☆☆☆ Shannon Galvin · Jul 13, 2026

Application is just junk, a real shame because the hardware is top-notch. 1. Previously I've been logged out of the app repeatedly claiming a log in on another device that wasn't true. 2 Server went down for days and doorbell was unusable. 3 Smart lock doesn't accurately show door open/closed status despite lock working properly and itself detecting open/close position. Door chime was missing power adaptor, got replacement under warranty but no matter how you set it up in this app it doesn't ring
