For the last few weeks, the events tab is missing clips even when there's activity in front of the camera, this issue comes and goes on its own and the love footage is working fine, which tells me this is potentially an issue with the application, the device is accessed via multiple smartphones and all of them show the same issue, again supporting the potential issue with the application. Please look into this issue.

Good Connectivity. Good Quality of video. No enough loudness in speaker. Mic Quality OK. No memory. U need to insert Micro SD, and that SD card is not renewed automatically, u need to remove it format and insert again. This creates a bit of discomfort.

In home overview page a sound button should be included to hear the particular selected camera sensed voice. And also improve the camera stability of flickering like an object is moved part by part, not continuously Please fix this Thing in the next Update.

Update:12/01/2026: finally it stopped working. It won't get connected no matter how much I reboot it After I unsubscribed the cloud the camera keeps me on asking to format my card but every time I try to format the card it as mentioned to try later. Is it some kind of tactics Philips is playing so that I re-subscribe the cloud storage. 1st solve my above-mentioned request (reference number: 3038675) which is kept unresolved since the month of October 2024 then only I'll think for re-subscribing

I don't understand why this camera doesn't record when it's supposed to. The first major problem is that it doesn't record all the time, only when it detects sound or movement. Secondly when I need to view an important event, most of the time I get the error of "Event not found. Playback video not possible as event cannot be found in SD card storage." I mean what is the purpose of a secure camera if it cannot record events. Wasted money. I have to invest in local hard drive based CCTV cameras.
