Banco Activo innova cada día para llenarte de soluciones al instante es por ello que llega Cobro Activo C2P dirigido de Comercio a Persona, es la nueva modalidad que tendrán los Comercios para efectuar cobros de sus ventas de forma digital e instantánea, el dinero llega de forma segura.

Para utilizar el Servicio debes:

· Tener activo el servicio C2P Cobro Activo

· Ingresar en la aplicación los datos del cliente pagador (número de teléfono y cédula) en conjunto con el monto del cobro

. Solicitar al cliente pagador el código de autorización suministrado por su banco emisor para confirmar el cobro

Operaciones que se pueden efectuar:

- Cobro a clientes a través de sus datos de Pago Móvil Interbancario.
- Consulta de Transacciones realizadas y recibidas.

- Anulación de transacciones.

- Creación de usuarios y terminales.

- Consultas de estadísticas por días y horas de mayor facturación.

- Chat de atención en línea para consultas.
