Description by Daniel Hristov(from the App Store)
Cognitive Load Budget is a neutral accounting tool for mental capacity.
Each day starts with a fixed budget. Activities spend units. Recovery restores some units. You can overspend and carry debt into the next day.
This is not a productivity coach, habit tracker, or mental health app. It doesn’t push goals, streaks, or motivational advice. It’s for clarity.
What you can do: • Log spend and recovery with a few taps (duration + intensity) • See today’s start, spent, recovered, and current balance • Track debt when you overspend • View weekly patterns and category totals • Customize per-category rates so the “cost” matches you
Pro (optional): • CSV export • Extended history ranges
Notes: • The app provides accounting summaries only. It does not provide medical guidance or treatment.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
