Compliance hat sich in allen Unternehmen und Organisationen als Mittel der Selbstregulierung durchgesetzt und bewährt. Compliance als die dokumentierte, andauernde Befolgung und Einhaltung von Regularien, Gesetzen, Richtlinien und vertraglichen Verpflichtungen ist jedoch ein sehr komplexes Thema, das auch Fragestellungen der Unternehmensführung (Governance) und des Risikomanagements einbezieht. Was Compliance in diesem umfassenden Verständnis ist und wie sie umgesetzt und gemanagt werden kann, wird in diesem Kurs mit dem Fokus auf IT-Prozesse praxisnah vermittelt. Die Darstellung des Compliance-Managements orientiert sich dabei an anerkannten Standards wie dem IDW PS 980.
Die schriftliche Prüfung kann online oder an einem Campusstandort der FernUniversität Hagen Ihrer Wahl geschrieben werden. Mit bestandener Prüfung erhalten Sie ein Hochschulzertifikat. Studierende können zudem erworbene ECTS Punkte für ein Certificate of Basic Studies bescheinigen lassen.
