Conduit Health Sync

Conduit is a privacy-first bridge for your Apple Health data.

Pick the health metrics you care about, and Conduit forwards them — from your device — to a webhook endpoint that you configure. Your data goes only to your own server. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no developer cloud: the developer never receives or stores your health information.

WHAT IT DOES
• Reads the Apple Health data types you choose (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, body measurements, and more)
• Forwards new samples automatically in the background to the webhook URL you set
• Sends over the endpoint you configure — use an https:// URL for encrypted transport
• Queues locally and retries, so nothing is lost if your server is briefly unreachable

Your authorization token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain and never shown again after you save it.
