CourierSet

Your parcel travels with someone who is already going that way.

CourierSet connects people who want to send a parcel with community members who have a trip planned anyway: to work, to family, across the country. No depot, no detour. The parcel simply rides along.

HOW IT WORKS
• Post your parcel: pickup, destination, size and how many Points it is worth to you.
• Members travelling that route see the request and decide freely whether to take it along.
• Hand it over, follow the trip live on the map and chat with the member carrying it.
• Confirm the delivery. Only then do the Points move.

EVERYTHING ON ONE MAP
The home screen shows your deliveries live and, if you carry parcels, open requests near you.

POINTS INSTEAD OF MONEY
CourierSet runs on Points, the community's own unit. There is nothing to buy in the app and no card to enter. New members receive a welcome bonus to get started.

SAFETY BUILT IN
• Members who carry parcels verify their identity with a document check.
• Every handover is confirmed with a code, a photo or a signature.
• Both sides rate each other after every delivery.
• If something goes wrong, a dispute process with evidence and an appeal settles it.

FROM ENVELOPE TO BULKY ITEMS
Choose the size and your request reaches members whose vehicle fits, from bike to van.
