Financial Aid Application Assistance

The Concierge team will provide you and your family with financial aid application assistance prior to an upcoming procedure and on a previous hospital bill.

Caregiver Support

- Trackers help you manage your health conditions (including cancer, cardiac health, chronic disease, mental health, and elder care), share the information with your doctor(s) and/or care provider(s), view your health data in chronological order as well as see and monitor the trends over time with easy to view charts and tables. This app also allows you to have all of your health information in one convenient and reliable place.

- Manage all your medications in one central location
Care Manager gives you easy and secure access to your care data, as well as who else should have the same data access (i.e. your provider/s and others in your care network)

Your data is stored in the CuramLife App and is available for your caregivers who you can authorize using the Consent Manager. Only you can decide who has access to it and can revoke the access at any time.
