Start or restart your day at the time you choose. Move and resize tasks directly, fit flexible work around fixed commitments, and undo individual changes. Set your own day boundaries for late nights and shift work.
Capture now, schedule when ready
Save tasks in To-do without choosing a time or duration. Organize them by category, complete them there, or review and edit them before adding them to a day. Use your To-dos and task history to fill an empty day or a gap.
Keep your task close
Follow a countdown, complete a task, or pause and resume from its Lock Screen Live Activity. Optional task-end alarms require iOS 26 and permission. Three pauses per day are free. Tasks remain unfinished until you mark them complete.
Discover Currents
Build a streak through daily visits, reach milestones and earn activity achievements. Open packs to discover cards and unlock themes for the app and free Home Screen widgets. Planning and day-review Live Activities help you return when eligible, with optional artwork for completed days.
Choose how you connect
Use the local planner without an account. Sign in for collection backup and recovery without Pro, or to send private feedback and join approved idea discussions. Planner cloud sync is a separate Pro feature. Usage analytics can be controlled in Data & Privacy settings.
Current Pro adds extra To-do lists, recurring tasks beyond the free allowance, unlimited and scheduled templates, calendar sync, buffer time, custom reminder timing, planner cloud sync and unlimited pauses. One recurring definition and two saved templates are available free.
Requires iOS 18 or later. Liquid Glass and task-end alarms require iOS 26. The app supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese.
