Darum is an on-demand dispatch hailing service available in Lagos, Nigeria. With our network of registered courier companies, sending a parcel is now at your fingertips, anytime and to anywhere across the city. All you have to do is open your app and select your pickup and delivery location, and a dispatch rider nearby will help you get it done.

Food delivery is a very sensitive and delicate type of delivery service and we take it very seriously. This means only dispatch riders whose forte is food delivery would be located in your search once you select food as your delivery item.

SEE PRICE ESTIMATE Darum allows you to see price estimate upfront before booking. Which means you have an idea of the amount you'll be paying before requesting for dispatch.
TRACKING PACKAGES This is a very interesting part of the Darum App. It allows you to track your package in realtime. Once you have an active delivery, you can share the tracking code of that delivery with your receiver /sender for them to also track the dispatch on the Darum App. This is aimed at helping you make informed decisions, while expecting your parcel.
Once your parcel is picked up, the rider cannot cancel your order until your order is delivered. In the case where you feel any type of distress, you can call our customer service, we will investigate your order and if need be, we will cancel and re-route that order within the shortest time possible.
RATE YOUR RIDER You get the chance to rate any dispatch rider. This is aimed at helping our business partners to train or retrain the dispatch riders in the right direction. We also want the dispatch riders to discharge their duties in a very ethical and polite manner.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
