One App. Zero Clutter.
The CarPlay Advantage
Experience the Dual-Screen Setup: Mount your iPhone high for a clear 4K view of the road while your car’s built-in display handles the navigation.
Seamless Sync: Search destinations and start recording directly from your dashboard.
Eyes on the Road: Get turn-by-turn directions on CarPlay while your phone acts as your dedicated safety lens.
Built for Explorers & Bikers
Don't just follow the highway—follow your path.
Route Import: Seamlessly import GPX and TCX files from your favorite planning tools.
Custom Navigation: Follow specific backroads or trails while recording every mile of the journey.
Pro Telemetry: High-speed GPS, heading, and live speed data are overlaid directly on your video.
Privacy & Performance First
We believe your data belongs to you.
On-Device Storage: Every drive video stays on your iPhone. No cloud video storage or Wi-Fi transfer is required.
Instant Access: No fishing for Wi-Fi or clunky companion apps. Tap, watch, and share instantly.
Configurable Storage: Choose a 5, 10, 20, 40, or 60 GB video limit. When the limit is reached, DashMap removes the oldest footage first while leaving the active recording untouched.
Key Features:
Simultaneous 4K Recording & Navigation: Record while you drive without losing your way.
CarPlay Support: Access essential navigation and recording actions from CarPlay while your mounted iPhone records the road.
Advanced Route Preview: Check for toll roads and traffic before you shift into gear.
Professional Overlays: Live GPS, speed, and time data embedded in your footage for insurance or sharing.
Dual Camera Support: Switch to the front-facing camera for cabin security.
Adaptive Thermal Protection: If your iPhone gets warm, DashMap automatically lowers the recording frame rate and restores your selected rate after the device cools down.
Pro Tips for Drivers:
Mount it High: Use a magsafe windshield mount behind your rearview mirror for the best 4K perspective.
Stay Powered: Keep your phone plugged in for long-distance trips or touring.
Magnetic Mounts: Use a MagSafe-compatible mount for the fastest "mount and go" experience.
