MEETINGS THAT LEAD SOMEWHERE
Record conversations you have permission to record, or import audio. Record while another app is open or the phone is locked. Stop in the app or from supported Lock Screen/Dynamic Island controls. Reopen after an unexpected stop to review recoverable audio. Review transcripts, summaries and suggested actions. Replay original audio on the device that saved it, with timed passages and playback controls. Choose four natural AI narrator voices or an offline device voice. Live capture of another calling app on the same iPhone is not included.

FOLLOW THROUGH, TOGETHER
Connect by invitation, build teams and assign one or several people. Choose shared completion or let everyone finish their part. Discuss work and add dates, reminders or repeat schedules. Track private commitments across meetings with confirmed owners, dates, source passages and history. Link a task so its completion updates your commitment.

YOUR CALENDAR AND YOUR WEEK
View Apple and Google calendars enabled in iOS Calendar settings. Choose visible calendars, browse a month or day, and review task time blocks before adding them to a writable calendar. Brief Me and Weekly can summarize selected appointments, tasks and follow-ups with optional AI. Review source records and suggested changes before acting.

LISTS FOR REAL LIFE
Keep a private packing list or share groceries with a connected member. Add quantities and sections, check off items together and link a list to a recurring task. Previously loaded lists queue offline item edits until reconnected. Review AI list suggestions before saving.

A LITTLE ROOM TO THINK
Write or dictate into your private journal. Entries are encrypted on the device and protected by Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Optional end-to-end encrypted sync links your own devices with a private recovery code. Keep that code safe; we cannot replace it. Journals are never shared with task or team collaborators. Track goals and focus time.

PRIVACY AND OPTIONAL AI
Cloud AI needs consent, internet and available allowance. OpenAI processes selected content for summaries, suggestions and natural narration. Choose on-device transcription where supported or cloud speaker identification. With separate permission, meeting audio goes to ElevenLabs, with OpenAI fallback. Settings remembers your choice. Manual tools remain available without AI. Report or block members from their menu. After accepting community rules, message text is checked for harmful content before delivery; these checks use no AI allowance and exclude journals.

FREE, LITE AND FULL
Free includes manual tools and a one-time introduction of 10 AI requests and 10 cloud transcription minutes. Lite includes 100 requests and 5 cloud hours per calendar month. Full includes 300 requests and 15 cloud hours. A meeting may use several requests; narration uses allowance. Saved summaries and cached narration need no new request. Paid allowances reset on the first of each UTC month without rollover. On-device transcription uses no cloud hours. No automatic overage charges. Recordings are limited to approximately 90 minutes and 20 MB.

US prices: Lite $9.99/month or $89.99/year; Full $19.99/month or $189.99/year. Annual billing charges the full yearly amount upfront with the same monthly limits. Eligible new Full subscribers receive seven days free, then the selected price unless canceled. Apple shows localized prices and eligibility before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings.
