È una storia di una grande amicizia. Due amici d’infanzia che decidono di iniziare una
nuova avventura da zero, creando un attività che coniuga la tradizione nella preparazione
artigianale di uno degli alimenti simbolo -il pane- e la voglia di convivialità e condivisione
che ha portato oggi ad essere “Denni e Gianni” un luogo punto di riferimento, per tutti quelli
che cercano un ambiente informale e amichevole, dove consumare prodotti freschi, semplici
e genuini ma dal sapore autentico.
La nostra filosofia è quella di offrire il miglior prodotto possibile, scegliendo di utilizzare
farine toscane e la cottura a legna; una lavorazione più impegnativa ma che ripaga nel gusto
e nella conservazione del prodotto finale, cercando di mantenere il prezzo popolare.
Ma non ci siamo fermati al pane, con lo stesso spirito prepariamo schiacciate, pizze,
colazioni e dolci sia della tradizione che moderni.
La nostra torta della nonna è un altro must da provare!
