DisabilityLog is a private daily journal for anyone applying for or maintaining disability benefits - SSDI, SSI, Long-Term Disability, or VA disability. Record what you can and cannot do, track Good Day versus Bad Day patterns, log medical appointments and medications, and generate an attorney or ALJ-ready evidence PDF.

The app mirrors SSA Form SSA-3373 (Adult Function Report) - the form your case will turn on. Seven daily categories: personal care, meals, housework, going out, social, concentration, and handling stress.

This is not a wellness tracker. It does not tell you to feel better, celebrate "improvement," or suggest you are getting well. Improvement can hurt your claim. The app records, witnesses, and presents - it does not judge.

The seven daily categories mirror SSA Form SSA-3373 for personal reference; the app does not file forms on your behalf. All values are user-entered.
