Divisive helps you track how much you can spend each day and categorize transactions to see where your money goes and how much you earn.

Set Your Budget

Sum up your cash from all accounts, subtract unpaid fixed expenses (e.g., rent, bills), and enter this amount when you first launch the app. This will be your budget for the rest of the month. Divisive shows:
- How much money is left for the month
- Your daily spending limit
- How much you’ve spent today
- How much you can still spend today
You can set in the settings a custom start day for your budget period if your salary arrives mid-month.

Every transaction shapes your monthly budget, daily spending limits, and today’s available funds. Need to make adjustments? Simply tap the pencil icon on the Home Screen to update your remaining balance - perfect for when forgotten expenses throw things off. Any changes will automatically create a ‘Correction’ entry in your transaction list, clearly showing when and by how much you updated your funds. Stay on top of your budget with ease!

Save Daily, Increase Future Limits

Unused daily limits add to your future spending limits. The more you save, the more you can spend later. It may be challenging to stay within the limit at the start of the month, but as the month progresses, your daily limits increase, giving you more to spend. The last day’s limit shows how much you’ve saved, which you can use for leisure, save, invest, or carry over to the next month.

If you exceed the limit, don’t worry. The overspent amount will decrease future limits, but frequent overages may signal a need to review and adjust your spending.

Create Custom Categories

Organize your finances by creating personalized categories for your spending and income. Customize each category with unique colors and icons to make organization simple and intuitive. You can even create new categories directly while adding a transaction, ensuring your financial tracking fits your lifestyle.

Add Transactions and Track Your Finances

Record every expense and income to keep your financial overview up to date. Adding transactions automatically updates your remaining balance, daily limits, and expense totals, providing you with a clear and accurate picture of your finances. Use your custom categories to organize transactions effortlessly, ensuring consistency and detailed insights into your spending and saving habits. Take control of your budget and achieve your financial goals!

Monthly Statistics

Divisive also allows you to view monthly category statistics, which display the percentage share of each category in your total expenses or income, along with the total amount of transactions within each category. The statistics are presented in a clear, graphical format, helping you better understand your financial habits and make more informed decisions for the future.

Select Your Currency

Choose your currency in the settings. Available options include three main currencies plus the Polish Zloty (PLN). You can also enter and save a custom currency.

Light and Dark Mode

Divisive adapts to your device’s system settings for light or dark mode.

Premium Subscription

- Create more than 3 expense categories and 1 income category
