DontSnooze: Goals & Friends

DontSnooze turns the goals you've been procrastinating into things you actually finish.

Set any challenge — a 6 a.m. wake-up, a gym session, a daily run, a study block, a 30-day sober stretch, a skydive you've been postponing, a marathon, a trip — and put real social stakes behind it. Record short video proof. Friends witness it. Streaks build. Excuses don't.

Why it works
Solo habit trackers fail in week three because the cost of breaking your streak is exactly zero. No one knew, no one will know. DontSnooze adds a small, public stake: complete your challenge on time and nothing happens. Miss it and one photo from your camera roll is shared with the friend group you have explicitly accepted, for 48 hours. Skin in the game does what willpower alone can't.

What you can do
- Set any challenge — wake up, work out, run, read, study, meditate, stay sober, hit a deadline, complete a one-off adventure
- Prove it on video — a short clip, screenshots disabled inside the app, witnessed by your friend group
- Build streaks worth keeping — the people you trust are watching
- React to your friends — roast the quitters, hype the winners
- Live Activities and Home Screen widget — your next challenge stays one glance away
- Real consequences, real privacy — stake photos auto-delete after 48 hours, screenshots disabled, never leave your accepted circle

Built for any goal, boring or wild
DontSnooze is habit-agnostic. Common uses: morning routines, gym sessions, runs, study blocks, language practice, meditation, sober streaks. It also works for the "I have been meaning to" goals — skydives, concerts, marathons, weekends with family, language trips. If you can prove it on video, you can put a stake on it.

Privacy and control
- Stake photos are visible only to followers you have explicitly accepted
- Auto-deleted after 48 hours, screenshots blocked
- Account deletion in Settings wipes everything, instantly
- Phone or email signup — no social-network linking required

Built around iOS AlarmKit (iOS 26+) so morning challenges fire under Silent, Do Not Disturb, and Focus modes the way an alarm should.
