DoseMates is a personal medication and side-effect logger designed to help you track doses, effects, and health patterns with deterministic analytics.

DoseMates is calm, factual, and avoids therapeutic or medical claims. Every insight clearly states "based on your logs" and shows confidence levels and sample counts so you understand how much data backs each finding.

We avoid medical claims, this is a personal journal and analysis tool, not medical advice. Use DoseMates to understand your own patterns and support conversations with your healthcare provider, not to replace professional medical guidance.

All data stays on your device. HealthKit access is optional; you control when it's on or off, and you can delete all data by removing the app or revoking Health permissions in Settings.

DoseMate Plus ($3.99/month, recurring) unlocks:

Cancel anytime in Apple Settings → Subscriptions.

HEALTHKIT & PRIVACY
HealthKit integration is completely optional. The app only requests permissions when you explicitly enable them in onboarding or Settings. We read sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV for optional context overlays; we never sell or share your data. All data is stored locally and can be deleted with the app.
