DropHere: Private Documents

Need your ID, contract or receipt? Keep every part together in DropHere, then find the record when you need it. No DropHere account is required. Your library saves on this device by default.

SAVE WITHOUT SETUP
Add text, photos, PDFs, recordings, videos and other files. Add your content, tap Save and choose a document type. No model configuration or API key is needed. Keep both sides of an ID or all pages of a contract in one record, with originals preserved.

SEARCH TEXT, OPEN THE SOURCE
Images and PDFs saved through the conversation are indexed on your device after the originals are saved. Search their text, see a source excerpt, and open the matching original image or PDF page. Recognition can be incomplete; the app shows pending or failed processing. Titles, notes and attachment filenames remain searchable too.

REMEMBER THE DATE
Add expiry, renewal or payment reminders to a record. Review upcoming dates in calendar or list views. Notification permission is requested when you add a reminder.

SHARE WITH A PURPOSE
Share original images, or make temporary copies with your own purpose watermark. Watermarked exports leave the stored originals untouched.

LOCAL BY DEFAULT
Optional App Lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. iCloud sync is off until you enable it. Saves finish locally before optional background sync. The managed library is excluded from iPhone iCloud Backup and computer backups; keep your own originals and use optional sync or device migration before changing phones.

OPTIONAL AI, YOUR OWN KEY
The conversational model is optional. Choose a provider, add your own API key and explicitly allow external processing. Relevant requests, conversation excerpts, preferences and source-text excerpts then go directly to your selected endpoint. Provider fees and data policies apply. Local saving and content search do not require this setup.

The free version supports 5 active items. Full Access removes the app-imposed active-item limit through a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription or one-time Permanent Unlock. All three grant the same entitlement and support Family Sharing; your private library is not shared. Actual capacity depends on device storage and performance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel in the App Store.
