PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records live on your iPhone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server. The continuing-education reference and the CE-gap math run on your device, drawn from publicly available state regulations. Face ID lock is available in Settings. DutyReady is designed exclusively for iPhone.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge with no recurring billing.

IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE
DutyReady stores all data locally on your iPhone. Beyond CE summary PDF generation, the app does not include built-in data export, import, or backup. Your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes) when those are enabled. If you delete DutyReady without an iOS Backup available, your data will be permanently lost.
