LOCK ANY APP ON YOUR PHONE

Choose the apps to lock — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, Netflix, X, Discord, Roblox and more — or add any app installed on your phone.

Set how long each app stays unlocked once you've earned it:
• 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or the rest of the day
• Per-rep mode: every rep earns you screen time
• Custom duration: dial it in to the minute
