The Em@ney 3D Secure APP is free to download and makes it easier and safer to authorize your Mastercard Debit card online purchases.

The App is easy to use:

Download the Em@ney Authenticator APP

Associate your card with the APP

Enroll your Em@ney Mastercard Debit following the onscreen guide.

After successfull enrollment you can start making purchases online.

How to use your Em@ney authenticator APP:

Everytime you make an online purchase you will be prompted to access the Em@ney 3D Secure APP to authenticate the transaction biometrically with your fingerprint or Face ID.
You will also receive a push notification on your smart device at the same time.
Validate the transaction using your fingeprint reader or your Face ID

Other functionalities:

Visualize your current purchases pressing the shopping cart button or the Card image.
Visualize the CARD/S associated with the Em@ney authenticator APP by pressing the Card icon.

Make sure your have reliable data connection on your device for a successful transaction validation.
Be aware of fraudsters.
Em@ney will never contact you in regard of the use of the Em@ney 3D Secure authenticator APP.
Any suspicious transactions, Emails, calls or text messages appearing to be of Em@ney PLC must be reported immediately to us by sending a messages via accessing the Em@ney home banking portal at https://banking.emworld.eu/
