EstiFloor

Estimate tile and flooring jobs faster, right from the job site.
Manage area, boxes, material cost, labor, profit, and PDF quotes in EstiFloor.

EstiFloor is a practical estimating app for tile installers, flooring contractors, remodeling pros, and interior finish work. It helps you turn room measurements into clear project numbers without jumping between a calculator, paper notes, and spreadsheets.

When you need to answer questions like “How much tile do I need?”, “How many boxes should I order with waste?”, or “Will this bid still leave enough profit?”, EstiFloor keeps the calculation organized on your iPhone.

The free Quick Calc is built for fast field checks. Enter one room, add waste, and calculate the installation area and required boxes. It is useful for quick material checks, early estimates, and simple on-site planning.

With Pro, you can save projects, estimate multiple rooms, calculate L-shaped rooms, manage material cost, labor, extra costs, tax, quote totals, and estimated profit. Build estimates around the way each job is actually priced, whether you work with tile, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered wood, underlayment, or other flooring materials.

Save frequently used materials as reusable templates. (Pro)
Store coverage per box, box price, default waste, and material details so future estimates start faster. Spend less time searching for old prices or recalculating the same product setup.

Track more than materials. Add installation labor, removal, floor preparation, trim, delivery, disposal, and other job costs. (Pro)
By separating internal cost from customer quote totals, EstiFloor helps you think about margin before you send the bid.

Create a customer-facing PDF estimate when the job is ready to share. (Pro)
Include customer details, site information, room summaries, line items, totals, and business information in a clean quote that can be shared from your device.

EstiFloor is designed for people who want focused flooring and tile estimating without a complicated construction management system.
