Receive a medical assessment and a recommendation concerning suitable care or treatment through a digital consultation with a doctor (available around the clock).
Obtain prescriptions, referrals for tests, or referrals for an in-person or digital appointment with a specialist.
Book appointments via ticket

Book an appointment using an issued appointment voucher for an in-person or digital consultation with a specialist once your referral has been approved. Choose a date and time that suits you and add the appointment to your personal calendar.
Book a telephone consultation with one of our psychologists using an issued appointment voucher for an initial assessment. Choose a date and time that suits you and add the appointment to your personal calendar.
Request a follow-up appointment
Request a follow-up appointment for a matter for which you have previously received care or treatment.
