Description

Cette application vous servira de support à différents types d'exercices réalisés avec votre psy :
- Exposition classique (habituation de l'anxiété)
- Exposition optimale (invalidation des attentes)
- Auto-observation (pensées, émotions, comportements et conséquences)
- Restructuration cognitive (entrainement à la formulation de pensées alternatives).
- Aide à déterminer avec précision les moments difficiles (activité, lieu, compagnie, moment de la journée, etc.) et les moments agréable grâce l'Ecologicl Momentané Assessment (Mesures en temps réel) et ses analyses.

Chaque exercice réalisé est enregistré (uniquement dans votre téléphone) et peut ensuite être consulté et même exporté à votre psy par exemple.

Cette application n'est pas thérapeutique en soi, elle n'est pas utile si vous n'êtes pas suivi par un psy formé à une approche comportementale ou cognitive.
