FOUR WAYS TO WORK
• SMART (new in 2.0): ask in your own words — "one file per employee", "payslips with net pay over €2,000" — or pick a suggestion. Smart reads the PDF, shows you a summary and then searches, splits or highlights in one tap. Save the jobs you repeat as favourites.
• WORDS: search one or more words (AND / OR) and get only the pages that contain them.
• AREA: select a zone of the page — a name, a client code, a heading — and extractall extracts the pages every time the text in that zone changes. Ideal for splitting one big PDF into one file per client, employee or supplier.
• HIGHLIGHT: open a PDF and highlight words and phrases by hand, or draw with the freehand pen — even on scanned PDFs. 10 colours, eraser, undo and redo. The original is never modified: the result is a copy in your archive.
