Beyond 9 to 5: Track Hours, Overtime, Comp Time and Estimated Pay, use multiple profiles
Your work does not always fit neatly into a regular schedule. Flex 40 helps you track overtime, call-outs, extra shifts, comp time, and irregular hours while keeping your pay organized in one place.
Set it up around the way you actually work, then let Flex 40 handle the numbers.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHOSE WORK DOES NOT STOP AT 40 HOURS
A regular timesheet is easy. Everything outside the regular schedule gets complicated. Late calls. Extra shifts. Court appearances. Holdovers. Night work. Overtime. Double time. Comp time.
Flex 40 was built to keep track of all of it. It is a good fit for people working in public safety, healthcare, utilities, transportation, government, construction, and other jobs where schedules and pay are not always simple.
MORE THAN A TIME TRACKER
Flex 40 keeps your time, overtime, comp time, pay, and deductions connected so you can see what your hours are actually worth.
• Track every hour you work
• See regular, overtime, and double time
• Keep track of your comp time balance
• Create custom tags & visual calendar color-coding
• Add pre-tax and post-tax deductions matching your paystub
• Support for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly pay schedules
• Organize call-outs, extra shifts, mileage, and notes
• Keep a history of your hours and earnings
• Compare your estimate with your actual paycheck
OVERTIME, KEPT ORGANIZED
Your time is separated so the same hours are not counted twice.
• Regular time at your standard rate
• Daily or weekly overtime based on your setup
• Double time with your own rules and thresholds
• Tagged overtime for hours that should always count as overtime
• Paid leave kept separate from hours actually worked, so vacation, sick time, and holidays never push you over an overtime threshold
COMP TIME
If your job lets you take comp time instead of overtime pay, Flex 40 tracks it. See how much you have earned, how much you have used, and what is still available. Set your accrual rate and comp time limit so the balance reflects the rules that apply to you.
REPORTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE
Flex 40 turns your time into clear pay period reports showing regular hours, overtime, double time, expected earnings, deductions, and estimated take-home pay.
You can review how Flex 40 reached a number instead of being shown a total. When you need your records outside the app, export them cleanly to CSV, Excel, or formatted PDF reports & invoices.
CHECK YOUR PAYCHECK
Enter what you were actually paid and compare it with what Flex 40 expected. If something looks off, you have the hours and numbers to help figure out why.
Flex 40 does not replace payroll. It gives you your own records, so you have something to compare payroll against.
SEE WHERE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ARE GOING
Look beyond a single paycheck. See your year-to-date earnings, overtime income, deductions, average paycheck, work patterns, and estimated income for the rest of the year.
YOUR PAY IS YOUR BUSINESS
No account. No cloud storage. No sign-up.
Your hours, pay rates, deductions, tax information, and paycheck history stay on your device. Flex 40 was built this way on purpose.
PAY ONCE
Use Flex 40 to track your time for free. Flex 40 Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks advanced pay, overtime, reporting, and paycheck tools. No subscription, no annual renewal, and no recurring charge.
Flex 40 is a personal record-keeping tool. Pay and tax figures are estimates for your own reference. Flex 40 does not replace your employer's official payroll records or provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.
