Flow Captain

Flow Captain turns the plans you share with other people into clear workflows: who does what, what happens next, and what has already been done.

Start with a workflow that is ready to use, or build your own.

READY TO USE
• Cook a Meal: give it a recipe and a serving time, and it works out when each task starts, counts down what is on, and tells you what needs you now.
• Trip Expenses: record who paid for what, and see how everyone should settle up at the end.
• Trip Proposal: everyone suggests destinations, the organiser chooses, and the plan carries on into the trip's expenses.
• Take Turns: choose who is playing, and each person is up for a minute in turn, with an alert when the turn moves on.
• Job Application: share a job opportunity, apply for it and record the outcome, so everyone involved can follow it.

BUILD YOUR OWN
• Draw a workflow as a graph of steps, with the people involved, the actions each can take and the information it keeps.
• Add timers, deadlines and calculated values such as totals and summaries.
• Describe what you want to any AI assistant: Flow Captain gives you the prompt, checks the reply and shows you the result to review before anything is saved.
• Browse the public Workflow Library and copy a workflow to adapt.
• Every workflow is checked before it can run, and problems are shown where they are.

SHARE IT
• Invite people to a group with iCloud sharing. Each person sees what they can do and what they are waiting for.
• Works offline. Changes sync when you are back online, and every device arrives at the same result.
• A full history shows every action and who took it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No accounts, no adverts and no tracking.
• Your workflows are stored on your device and in iCloud. Chendoom runs no server that receives them.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE
Running, joining and sharing workflows is free, and so is building up to five of your own with every feature. Flow Captain Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limit of five.

Sharing and sync need an iCloud account.
