Stuck on a task? Tap "Break this down with AI" and Apple Intelligence
drafts 3-6 concrete sub-steps. Every step starts with a verb. Every
step is doable in under 5 minutes. The easiest physical action comes
first, so you can just start.

FocusDrop is specifically built for ADHD adults. If you don't have ADHD,
you might still find it useful, but the design decisions all favor the
ADHD use case: reduce decision paralysis, reward dopamine-seeking
behavior, forgive missed days, never punish.
