Forge: Alarm

Forge pairs wake-up alarms with short squat or push-up challenges to help you get out of bed and into motion.

Create an alarm, choose an exercise, and set your repetition goal. When the alarm rings, open your task and start moving. Forge counts repetitions and shows posture cues using on-device body-pose processing.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Forge processes camera frames and body-pose results on your iPhone. It does not record or upload camera frames or body-pose histories. No account, ads, or third-party analytics are required. Alarm settings and progress are stored locally.

Body-pose processing uses an on-device MediaPipe model with Apple Vision as a fallback. When you request a reminder after a completed session, optional Foundation Models select from general authored tips; they do not assess form or control counting or alarms. Standard reminders remain available when Apple Intelligence is unavailable.

Alarm delivery follows iOS behavior and settings. Camera positioning, lighting, and visibility affect tracking.
