FormSight

FormSight is a coaching tool for personal trainers, strength coaches, and movement specialists. Record a client's set, see a live skeleton overlay with joint angles and rep-by-rep form grades, then review the session with frame-by-frame playback, annotation, and looping.

WHAT IT DOES
• Live skeleton overlay with joint angles during recording
• Rep counting with green, yellow, and red form grades
• Eight movement quality checks including knee valgus, hip shift, forward lean, and back rounding
• Side-by-side comparison of two sessions
• Frame-by-frame review with drawing, annotation, and looping
• Per-client roster with session history, trend charts, and quality scores
• Branded PDF reports for client check-ins
• Still frame capture and video export to Photos
• Fully on-device processing — no internet required, no account, no data leaves your device

SUPPORTED EXERCISES
Squat (front view and side view), Romanian deadlift, stiff-leg deadlift, and good morning. Each exercise activates the movement quality checks that apply to its pattern.
