Freedom On Demand

Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and yoga in one place. Not another video library. A real pathway, expert instructors, and a physio in your corner whenever you have a question.

Most fitness apps hand you a library and wish you luck.

Hundreds of classes, no direction. You do a random workout on Monday, a harder one on Wednesday, tweak something on Friday, and quietly stop by week three. That's not a discipline problem. That's a design problem. Bodies don't get stronger from random classes. They get stronger from thoughtful progression.

Freedom On Demand was founded by physiotherapists who've spent 25+ years helping people move well, recover fully, and stay strong for decades.

Every member starts on a pathway matched to where their body actually is. Each class builds on the last. Load, control and complexity progress deliberately, the way rehabilitation and strength work do in the clinic. You always know what to do next, and why.

The biggest fear with a home reformer isn't the workout — it's the unused machine. Structure is why over 79% of our members use their reformer more than twice a week.

Programs designed for real bodies and real life stages

Alongside the pathway, you'll find structured programs built with clinical precision for the seasons of life that most apps ignore:

- Menopause — strength, bone density and pelvic health through hormonal change
- Arthritis and joint care — getting strong with sensitive joints
- Pregnancy and postpartum — safe, staged programs for before and after birth with a Pelvic Health Physio
- Injury recovery and return to movement
- Foundations for true beginners and returners

A physio in your corner

This is the part no other streaming app offers. Have a question about a niggle, a modification, or whether something's right for your body? Message our physiotherapy team anytime — you'll have a real answer from a real clinician within 24 hours. Not a chatbot. Not an FAQ. A physio who understands your body and your program.

Your practice, your way

- Reformer Pilates as the core — from fundamentals to advanced flows
- Mat Pilates and yoga, so travel, holidays, or a hotel room never break your rhythm
- A range of instructors, to suit every style and mood
- Classes from 10 to 45+ minutes — a full session or a quick reset
- New classes added regularly

Built on the belief that aging is elevation, not decline

Freedom On Demand comes from Freedom Wellness Co, founded by physiotherapist Cath Julius. Everything in the app reflects one conviction: freedom in movement is freedom in life, and the strength you build now is the independence you keep later.
