Game & Duo: Retro LCD Games

The pocket LCD games of the 1980s, back in your hands. Game & Duo runs their original programs on an emulated copy of their chips, and lays each unit out the way it was built.

BRING YOUR OWN GAMES
Game & Duo doesn't come with any original games, ROMs or artwork. It plays the files you own: MAME ROM sets of the units it supports, and the simulator files made for libretro. Import them from Files, AirDrop or a zip, and they join your collection. One game comes with the app: Duo Drop, an original made for the fold.

MADE FOR THE IPHONE DUO
• Folded like a laptop, a two-screen unit opens across the fold: top screen above the crease, controls in your hands
• Folded like a book, its halves take a page each
• On iPhone and iPad, the whole unit fits the screen

THE REAL THING, EMULATED
• Each unit's own program runs on an emulated copy of its chip, sound included
• Units left on the clock keep time while you're away
• Your game is saved whenever you leave, and waits for you to continue
• Add the MAME artwork you own for the printed backgrounds behind the LCDs
• Simulators are played on a picture of the unit itself

A CATALOGUE OF EVERY UNIT
• Every supported device in one illustrated catalogue, with release dates, makers and models
• The ones you own light up; the rest show the file they need
• Search by title, maker or model

PLAY YOUR WAY
• Touch the buttons on screen, or right where they're drawn on the unit
• Hardware keyboards and game controllers work too
• Two players on one device, for the units made for two

Game & Duo includes no games, ROMs or artwork from other companies. Only use files you own the rights to.
