Gem - Gratitude Journal

Gem is the simplest and most effective way to be happier!
Positive psychology studies show that we can deliberately cultivate gratitude, and increase our well-being and happiness by doing so. Gem helps you to be more grateful.

Every time you are proud of an action or you enjoy an amazing moment, write it to get a Gem. A Gem is a piece of happiness and you can get up to 3 Gems every day.
Try to get your Gems every day by reviewing your day before going to bed for example!

These are examples of what you can be grateful of:

· I met my brother's girlfriend
· My nephews and I spent all the afternoon in the playground
· Kevin said his first word: "Mum"
· I worked hard and saved as much to be able to buy my own car.

· The best moments in my life are when my parents tell me how proud they are of me and how far I've made it in everything I've done...
