Gem Recruitment is a specialist healthcare and education recruitment agency and employer; with a core passion and desire to raise and maintain high standards of care and education in our local communities.
Formed almost 10 years ago by the directors, with hands-on nursing and teaching backgrounds, and vast experience in recruitment across both sectors, we identified the strong relationship between education and healthcare, with many of our staff skilled to work in both sectors. We now specialise in the provision of nursing and teaching professionals to healthcare and education establishments.
Our dedicated consultants operate 24/7, delivering a holistic approach to ensure the "right fit" for every organisation, and every staff member. We are recruiting and developing the very best, key people, including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, Cover Supervisors, Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
