Basic tracking is free and stays free — logging, full history, the body map, shot-day reminders, Apple Health, iCloud backup and CSV export. A subscription unlocks the analytics built on top of your records, and nothing you have already written is ever locked away.
WHAT YOU LOG
• Shots and pills — medication, dose, time, injection site, note. Every field is pre-filled from your own last entry, so a normal log takes two taps. Backdating is fine; the future is not, because a journal records what happened.
• Injection sites — a body map of 10 zones that shows which one you have gone longest without using, with cooldown counters and notes for local reactions.
• Weight — by hand or straight from Apple Health, so readings from your smart scale land in the same chart.
• A daily check-in in under a minute: food noise, appetite, energy, mood, sleep, digestion and side effects with severity.
WHAT YOU SEE
• An estimated level curve — your logged doses drawn against the half-life of the substance, with the phase of the current cycle marked. Informational estimate, not medical advice; the method is written out in the app.
• Your own cycle patterns — how you rated food noise and side effects on each day of the cycle, taken from your check-ins and nobody else's.
• Weight over any period, how it moved on each amount you logged, and two cycles compared side by side.
OFF-RAMP — THE PART OTHER TRACKERS DROP
Every tracker lives while you are on the medication. Off-Ramp is built for the phase after it: coming off, or holding your weight once the course is done. It keeps your notes for that phase, follows weight and food noise, and — at thresholds you choose yourself — puts your before-and-after numbers next to each other. It never proposes a schedule, a dose or a number of its own.
REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR PLAN
Shot-day reminders in the wording you pick, a shot-day checklist, and one evening nudge to log the shot retroactively if the day got away from you.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Records live on your iPhone and back up to your own iCloud. Export everything to CSV whenever you like. Apple Health sync is optional and works both ways.
Supports semaglutide, tirzepatide, dulaglutide and liraglutide — injections and pills — as prescribed by your clinician.
Optional subscription. The price, the period and the renewal terms are shown in the app before any purchase; auto-renews, cancel anytime in Settings.
GLP-1 Journal is a self-tracking journal, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it never recommends a dose. Always discuss doses and treatment with your clinician.
