I titolari: Paulo Rodrigues (Venezuelano di origini portoghesi) e Rocco D’Ortenzio (venezuelano di origini Italiane)
La nascita del nostro ristorante è stata ispirata dalla passione per la carne e, in particolare, per gli hamburger. Non trovando nulla di simile in Italia, abbiamo deciso di creare un luogo unico, dove le persone potessero godere di un'esperienza culinaria che unisce sapori dell'America e del Sud America. Abbiamo cercato un locale che potesse accogliere i nostri ospiti in un ambiente confortevole, indipendentemente dalla stagione, con spazi sia interni che esterni, televisori e musica adatta a tutta la famiglia.
Il ristorante è nato alla fine dell'epoca del COVID, un momento difficile per tutti. Il nostro obiettivo era semplice ma profondo: attraverso un buon panino o un piatto di carne saporito, volevamo portare un po' di felicità nelle giornate delle persone.
