Every class you teach lives on the Classes home. Open one and you get its whole workspace: class setup for the structure with timed blocks, group intervals, and station rotations, plus optional warm-up and cool-down. Set the structure once and prepare it again week after week with fresh movements. Add exercises from a curated library of over 900, organized by muscle group and equipment. Set timing per interval and add instructor notes for cues and transitions. All you have to do is add your exercises and press play.

Tap Start on any class to run it as your real-time guide. A countdown timer tracks each work and rest interval, auto-advances through your class, and lets you skip forward or back on the fly. Pair an Apple Music playlist with any class so your music starts when class starts and ducks during the countdown beeps. No more losing your place mid-class.

WEAR IT ON YOUR WRIST
The Apple Watch companion mirrors your live session with the current exercise, timer, and progress at a glance. Use the app controls to pause, resume, skip, or end without picking up your phone. Heart rate and active energy are recorded as a workout in the Health app.

BUILD YOUR LIBRARY
Browse 900+ exercises, each with step-by-step instructions, primary and secondary muscle targeting, and suggested similar moves to keep your classes fresh. Create your own exercises and use them right away. Submit them to the shared catalog and they may be made available to all instructors after review.

MIX & MATCH WITH COMBOS
Studio Combos - Browse existing combos or create your own combination of exercises that drop right into an exercise slot in your class. Combos are created by the Group Fit Studio community. Search and filter by muscle group and equipment to find the perfect combo easily.
