La nostra storia parte dal 1971 con la Rosati, costituita a Roma, che ha legato il suo nome inizialmente ai marchi automobilisti Autobianchi e Lancia.
Nel 1997 nasce il marchio Progresso, attraverso il quale il Gruppo Rosati completa la sua presenza nel mercato automobilistico della Capitale diventando anche Concessionaria Fiat.
Nel 1998 acquisisce il marchio Alfa Romeo ed estende ulteriormente la propria presenza affiancando ai marchi Fiat e Lancia, già presenti nel Gruppo, anche il marchio Alfa Romeo.
Nel 1999 con la controllata Gestar acquisisce la ex succursale Fiat/Lancia – Roma 2 ubicata in via Salaria 665.
Nel 2007 acquisisce il mandato del marchio Abarth.
