WHAT IT DOES
Food check
See low, moderate and high FODMAP foods at a glance with traffic-light colours. Reference portion sizes and a "what can I eat instead?" substitute library are included.
Diary and insights
Log meals, symptoms, supplements, stress, sleep and water in seconds. GutPal finds patterns in your own data: "You logged symptoms on 4 of the 5 days you ate onion." Set the analysis window to 24, 48 or 72 hours to catch delayed reactions, and exclude sick or period days so symptoms are not blamed on food.
Bad day mode
You are not alone during a flare. Symptom-specific "what can I do right now" guidance, a guided breathing exercise, nearby safe stops and your own panic plan are one tap away.
Weekly plan
Breakfast, lunch and dinner suggestions that match your phase. Swap anything you dislike and turn every ingredient into a shopping list with one tap.
Mind-gut program
A 28-day education and relaxation program with short breathing and awareness exercises. GutPal's program has not been clinically tested and does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Reintroduction wizard
Record daily observations for FODMAP groups using the foods and portions agreed with your dietitian. Pause when symptoms worsen and review results together; entries do not establish an intolerance diagnosis.
Report for your doctor
A PDF summary and raw CSV data in one tap. Bristol scale, symptom frequency and insights, in your doctor's language.
