These workouts are a great feature that helps Michelle connect with you guys. Workouts include, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, HIIT, Core, Barbell, Core, Quick Workouts, and Beginners. New workouts are added weekly.
WORKOUT PLANS Programs that become part of your daily routine at home or in the gym. Michelle has created these plans so you can set goals and improve your weekly routines.
