Description by Rohit Saluja(from the App Store)
GymLedger is a focused, beautifully simple workout log built for lifters who actually want to progress. Plan your split, pick today's workout, and log every set with one tap — no clutter, no fluff, no upsells mid-workout.
— PLAN YOUR TRAINING — Build custom workout templates with the exercises, sets, and rep ranges that fit your style. Push, pull, legs, full-body, upper/lower — design any program in minutes and tweak it whenever your training shifts.
— START IN ONE TAP — Home shows your last workout and today's pick, so you always know where you left off and what's next. Tap once to start, or choose a different session and go.
— LOG EVERY SET — Track every set, rep, and weight with a fast, distraction-free interface. A built-in rest timer with haptic feedback keeps your tempo on point between sets — and it keeps counting down on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can put your phone away between sets.
— SEE YOUR PROGRESS — Watch your strength climb with clean charts for every exercise. Track body weight over time and spot the trends that drive real, lasting change.
