With the Hanako app you can analyse your lifestyle and use workouts, trainings, meditations and recipes to live healthier. You also get access to competitions, challenges, short articles, quizzes, surveys and service information on health topics.

You can only use the Hanako app if it is provided to you by your employer. Otherwise registration and login are not possible.

Your lifestyle is critical to your health. If you live healthy, you can get 15 to 20 years older and avoid numerous health problems.

Lifestyle analysis:
With the Hanako app you can analyse your lifestyle. Answer questions about your health behaviour and determine your lifestyle score.

Evaluations and recommendations:
You will receive information, evaluations and recommendations on the lifestyle areas of endurance, strength, inactivity, nutrition, well-being, stress, sleep and smoking.

Goals and tips:
Build healthy habits by setting and following goals based on individual recommendations. Use tips suitable for everyday life as a guide. Stick to your goals and earn up to four badges.

Lifestyle improvement:
Get active and improve your lifestyle with the Hanako app. Use a wide selection of workouts, trainings, meditations and recipes.

Competitions:
Take part in group competitions organised by your employer. Try to win first place together with your colleagues.

Steps and more:
You can automatically transfer your steps, active minutes, floors and kilometers from Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar and other data sources to the myHealth-App. With Apple Health you can use your smartphone as a pedometer.

Weekly tasks and rewards:
Complete weekly tasks to earn points and tokens. You can redeem the tokens for various rewards.

Health information and service:
In the Hanako app you will also find articles, videos, surveys and quizzes on health topics as well as various service information with health-related content.

Corporate health management:
Companies can include their corporate health offers in the Hanako app and use the app as a communication channel to inform their employees about news and services at any time.
