Hardly Working Corp. is accepting new interns. The role requires no experience, no references, and no consent from your current employer.

At its core, this is a break timer. It also calculates — at your self-reported hourly rate — exactly what your non-productive time is worth. We call this process "reclamation." Other people call it other things. We have no further comment.


PRIVACY

Time entries stay on your device. Only anonymous aggregate totals (which cannot be traced to you) sync to our servers for benchmarking. Hardly Working Corp. does not share individual or collective employee data with anyone — especially not your other employer. Or HR. Or that guy from Compliance. We have made absolutely sure of that.


THE FINDINGS

The average knowledge worker is productive for approximately 2 hours and 53 minutes per day. The remaining 5.1 hours are spent in meetings that could have been emails, bathroom breaks that became scroll sessions, and a persistent low-grade performance of looking busy.

Hardly Working Corp. does not judge this. Hardly Working Corp. measures it.

OPERATING NOTES

The application functions offline. Authentication uses Sign in with Apple. No advertising. No data sold.
